We recommend: never sharing personal information like your address or financial details; using our in-platform messaging rather than moving to other apps quickly; reporting any suspicious behavior immediately; meeting in public places if you decide to meet in person; and trusting your instincts. We also have active moderation and verification systems to keep the community safe.

When you match with someone or receive a chat request, you can choose to enable video chat directly within the platform. Simply click the video icon during a conversation to start a video call. You can disable video at any time and continue with text only. All video chats are private between the two participants and are not recorded.

You can delete your account at any time by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our servers. We cannot recover deleted accounts or data.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately using the report button on the user's profile or within the chat. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.

While our primary focus is connecting people in Vienna, the platform can be accessed from anywhere. However, the user base is predominantly Vienna-based, so you'll have the best experience when located in or near Vienna.
