Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Vienna Chat and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

Harassment and Abuse

• Threatening, intimidating, or bullying other users
• Sending unsolicited explicit or sexual messages
• Stalking or persistent unwanted contact
• Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics

Impersonation and Deception

• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
• Using misleading photos or information
• Catfishing — pretending to be someone you're not
• Hiding your identity with malicious intent

Inappropriate Content

• Sharing pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Posting violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Distributing hate speech or extremist content
• Sharing illegal activities or materials

Commercial Exploitation

• Using the platform for prostitution or commercial sex acts
• Promoting pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Spamming or sending promotional content without consent
• Soliciting money or gifts from other users

Privacy Violations

• Recording video or audio calls without consent
• Sharing private conversations or media publicly
• Attempting to discover or share others' personal information
• Doxxing — publishing private identifying information

Platform Integrity

• Using bots, automation, or scrapers
• Attempting to hack, phish, or compromise accounts
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Manipulating platform features or metrics

Content Moderation

Vienna Chat employs a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review content and behavior. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. All moderation decisions aim to balance community safety with fair treatment of users.

Reporting Violations

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the platform's reporting tools. Provide as much detail as possible, including usernames, dates, and descriptions of what occurred. All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.

Consequences for Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Legal reporting in severe cases

The severity of consequences depends on the nature and frequency of violations. We consider context and intent when determining appropriate actions.

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to address emerging issues or evolving community needs. Significant changes will be communicated to users through platform notifications or email. Continued use of Vienna Chat after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
